Do I need to change my existing systems?
No, Balance works alongside your existing Practice Management, EHR, or billing software. We'll review your setup and your workflow and then take care of the Balance setup and provide training.
How long does it take to get set up?
Balance takes care of the setup and branding to make getting started easy. It typically takes 1-2 days to send your first digital statement. Setting up automated posting and statement mailing can take a couple of days to a few weeks depending on your systems and if we have already integrated.
