Balance can use completed appointment events from Healthie to create patient payment requests, deliver digital statements by text and email, automate follow-up, and send payment status back to Healthie. The workflow is configured through Keragon based on your practice’s billing process.

Patients receive a mobile-friendly statement and can pay with cards, HSA or FSA cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or an available payment plan. Your team can manage questions in one inbox and keep payment activity connected to the original Healthie workflow.
