The Slack integration connects Balance directly to your team’s communication channels. Receive real-time notifications about payments and other events without leaving Slack.

By centralizing alerts and financial updates inside your workspace, teams can respond faster, collaborate efficiently, and maintain full visibility into key operational metrics.

How It Works

The integration sends event-based notifications from Balance directly to designated Slack channels or users via Keragon.

When a defined trigger occurs, such as a successful payment, failed transaction, support question, etc., an automated message is posted to Slack with relevant details.

You can customize which events trigger notifications and choose the specific channels where updates are delivered.

Configure

1. Navigate to the Integrations section in your dashboard.

2. Select Slack and authorize access to your workspace.

3. Choose the channel or user where notifications should be sent.

4. Select the events you want to track.

5. Save your configuration and test the connection.
